The order of work and payments during initial integration

After discussion of the possibility of integration of our product into your infrastructure, we expect technical requirements with detailed description of the whole functionality needed.
Technical requirements should be made in written form in arbitrary format.
Our specialists review this document and negotiate its content with customer, so please put as much details in document as possible to avoid misunderstanding.
Basing on negotiated technical requirements we compose Technical Request document which is part of contract and contains terms of implementation.

As soon as Technical Request document is negotiated and composed we are ready to sign a contract and expect prepaid payment of 399$.
This prepaid amount is accounted as either a payment for Quick service package or part of payment for PRO license.
In case of acquiring PRO license, the integration support services are performed free of charge.
Upon reception of prepaid amount, we implement the project described in Technical Request document in specified terms and send you a Sign-off Act.
In case if PRO license is acquired and you sign Sign-off Act, then we send you the invoice for the remaining part for 1000$.

In case if system is not signed off because of the issues caused by our side (because we can't implement what is described in Technical Request document in specified terms) and you want to stop cooperation at this point of time - the whole prepaid sum is paid you back excluding the transfer bank commissions, and system gets uninstalled from your servers.

When performing Long-term service we send you the act of performed work and invoice each month (postpaid) dependent on simultaneous call amount.
