You do not have to be the UNIX/Telephony professional to use the Smartswitch system! We will help with you in all technical aspects of telecom business.

Our company provides following services:

• Full system installation;

  To begin, we need only "clean" server with FreeBSD installed and ssh login configured.
  Operating system can be fetched here - http://www.freebsd.org/where.html.
  Currently system was tested only on i386, so download image for this architecture. Only first disk is needed.

  Recommended disk partitioning scheme:

  Slice	Size
  /	1G
  swap	2xRAM
  /var	5G
  /usr	remaining

  During typical installation we recompile FreeBSD kernel with needed optimization/features options and install software. As a result, client receives a login information for his own system and thus able to operate on it using web interface.

  Installation is performed during 1 business day.

• Upgrade from Standard to Pro edition.

  This is the fastest way to install the Pro version.
  You simply download a Standard edition, install it with a few clicks, and we perform upgrade to Pro.

• 365/7/24 monitoring;

  Following system resources are being monitored:

  • hard disk drive space;
  • available RAM volume;
  • CPU load;
  • ping availability;
  • SIP availability;
  • H323 availability;

  Intrusion from our side in case of any issues is made even without customer's notice, thus we ensure you system is available and workable all the time.
