New Switchboard release: 1.3.5

Streamco team is glad to present new release of Switchboard.

This release contains several minor fixes to previous release (billing calls after system crash). Also, logging facility is now controlled from database (attribute 'log_level' in table 'config'). Before this release logging level was statically linked in modules. Avalable log levels are:

• ERROR(1) - rrors are logged;
• QUERY(2) - MySQL queries , that change database content (while updating balances and inserting CDR), are logged;
• INFO(4) - info messages are logged.

By combining this values (by binary OR) you can achieve mixed functionality. For example, to enable error and query logging, you should set log_level=3.
