These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Streamco Inc. website streamco.org and related demo environments and information materials provided by Streamco (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using this website or any related demo systems, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the Service
This website is a landing and informational site only. It does not provide hosted SaaS services.
Streamco Smartswitch is a software product intended to be:
- installed on customer-owned infrastructure
- operated under customer control
- used for telecom routing, messaging, and billing systems
2. Demo Access
We may provide access to a demonstration environment of the Streamco Smartswitch system using shared or pre-configured credentials.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- demo environments may use shared global credentials
- data entered in the demo environment may be visible to other users
- the demo environment is not private or isolated
- we may reset, modify, or delete any demo data at any time without notice
Prohibited in Demo Environment
You agree NOT to submit:
- personal or sensitive information
- confidential or proprietary data
- illegal, abusive, or harmful content
You are solely responsible for any content you submit in the demo environment.
3. Free and Paid Versions
Streamco may be available in different versions, including:
- Free SOHO edition
- Paid enterprise editions
- Paid technical support and maintenance services
Availability of features may differ between versions.
This website does not process payments directly and is for informational purposes only.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the website or demo systems to:
- violate any applicable laws or regulations
- violate sanctions imposed by the United States, Canada, European Union, or Ukraine
- engage in fraud, spoofing, or telecom abuse
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks
- disrupt or overload services
We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse is detected.
5. Intellectual Property
All Streamco software, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by Streamco or its licensors.
You may not:

- distribute
- reverse engineer
- or resell
any part of the software or materials without prior written permission.
6. Support and Service Levels
Technical support and SLA commitments are only provided under separate paid support agreements with customers.
This website and demo environments do not include any SLA guarantees.
7. No Warranty
The website and demo systems are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties regarding:
- uninterrupted availability
- accuracy of information
- fitness for a particular purpose
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streamco shall not be liable for:
- any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- loss of data or business
- misuse of demo environments
- third-party actions
9. Data and Content Responsibility
You are responsible for any content you submit through:
- contact forms
- demo systems
- other interactive features
We do not monitor all user-submitted content but reserve the right to remove or restrict access where necessary.
10. Compliance with Laws and Sanctions
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not use the website or demo systems in violation of:

- Canadian sanctions
- European Union sanctions
- Ukrainian sanctions
