New Smartswitch release: 7.9

We are glad to introduce to you new 7.9 release Smartswitch.
In this release:
- A support for Messaging basing on SMPP and SIP SIMPLE has been implemented with conversion between them.
Also implemented Message billing and HLR service. -
Enhancements in standard FreeBSD installer, which enable to increase disk subsystem performance.
- Re-factoring of integration with Payment systems and added support of Swipe payment aggregator.
- Implemented Provider testing through call generation
