New Smartswitch release: 9.0

We are glad to introduce to you new 9.0 release of Smartswitch.
In this release:
- the operating system version has been updated to FreeBSD 12.2
- Asterisk version has been updated to 16
- added support for alternative stack for SIP - PJSIP.
This stack has a number of new features over the old SIP stack and allows for optimal utilization of the power of the new multi-core servers. - old H323 stack has been removed.
For H.323 connections, an alternative version of the stack can be used - OH323. - for the SMPP channel we added support of:
- SSL/TLS transport
- HLR over SMPP
- the routing system was reworked and Routing based on telephone traffic target metrics has been implemented
- for the ICE API we have greatly improved the documentation
The total release contains:
- 58 improvements
- 53 fixes
