New Smartswitch release: 9.2

We are glad to present you a new 9.2 release of Smartswitch.
In this release, the main emphasis was on polishing the existing functionality, fixing bugs and optimizing speed.
Main changes:
- The operating system version has been updated to FreeBSD 13.3.
This allows you to install the system on the most modern servers. - QtWebEngine is now used to generate PDF documents instead of the outdated QtWebKit.
This reduced the time it takes to generate PDF documents from 60 seconds to less than 5 seconds. - The Wt web framework on which the web interface is based has been updated to release from the newest branch 4.
This required significant reworking of the program code to comply with the new APIs of this library.
Prior to this, for more than 10 years, versions from the older branch 3, which is no longer supported by the manufacturer, had been used. - several improvements for SMS billing
In total the release contains:

- 132 fixes
